Ht. 5'7, Wt. 375 - Ok, so today I think I did really good on eating not to much. Only one thing though- I still didnt manage to get in any sort of exercise. Its just so hard, I know what to do I just can't make myself get up and do it. Any tips to just get up and get going....like what makes you guys just go when you really dont feel like it?

u dont ask ur self if u want to do it when u exercise just do it cause if u ask urself ur gonna say no so just exercise

When i don't feel like doing it i just think if i don't do it today i wont be as lighter tommorow or picture yourself as the figure you want to be that should give you a boost to get put there and do it! also choose something you like doing e.g. bike riding or whatever and as soon as you get bored of it move on to something else. Good luck

well i could never just get up and go so i signed up for track because then id have to go, and i love it
