Ht. .., Wt. .. - okay so today, i eat: 1 banana, healthy choice dinner (290cal.) and a bowl of cereal...I think it sounds pretty good, I use to only eat 1200 calories a day but just eating when ur hungry is working out for me much better.(it doesnt stress me out as much). what do u guys think?? I'm gettig tired....haha...

she wass't saying she was eating less than 1200 calories. i don't necesarily agree on counting calories to the most minute detail- after all- you need to change the way you eat for life- not just the weightloss part

Well done for contoling your cravings but i agree with orcy, if you don't want to eat 1200 calories then try eating your 5 portions of fruit and veg during the day, just so your not starving yourself. Good luck

sounds good. but you still should be eating like 1200 calories, but just have like a 300 calories brekfast when you hungry, a 100 calorie snack when you hungry, a 400 calorie lunch when you hungry, and a 500 calorie dinner when you hungry
