Ht. 5'2, Wt. 150 + - i went into a shop 2day and have gone up a size i was trying on these realy cute pairs of jeans and i could not zip or button any of them up. when i went out to ask for the next size up they said that they dont stock any bigger sizes i was so embarased i did not no i was that fat and non of my pants fit at home i have to hold my breath to put them on and have to not zip them up and let my chubby gut hang over them! help

All you have to do is exercise regualy and eat healthy don't starve yourslef allow yourself to have some fat, sugar and sodium but not to much cut back on junkfood, fizzy pop. well heres an idea if you drink a lot or any fizzy pop try cutting it out completly and just drink water! try to eat every 2 hour's. have 3 main meals a day and throughout the day snack on things like berry's, fruit etc. When it comes to exercise try to do something you enjoy e.g. bike riding, swimming etc aim to do 1 hour per day, but on weekends give yourself a break and only do 30 minutes a day. Also be prepared, don't expect the weight to just drop off in a day, a healthy goal is 1, 2 or 3 pounds per week 3 at the most. If you mabage more great but make sure it's not by starving yourself. If you starve yourself your metabolism slows down which will slow down your weight loss. Drink pineapple juice to speed up your metabolism and eat a piece of fruit when you wake up to flatten your stomach. Good luck and let me know how you do!
