Ht. 5"2, Wt. 144 - Hey, everyone I would really really love some advice.
I'm 5'2 and almost 145 pounds so im a bit chunky. I've tried to lose weight but it's really hard for me it's like i have no will power or determination but i really dont want to be fat anymore.I have a twin sister who is like 95 pounds, a mom who is like 90 pounds and the rest of my family is also really skinny and I am the only fat one so everyone notices. My brother has been picken on me for like my whole life, he always calls me fat, fatty, fat a**, or telling me to go drink some slim fast, it's horrible dealing with this everyday and from my own family. My mom didnt make things any better for years she tried to get me to lose weight, she would come home with diet pills and give them to me, borrow exercise equpment and tell me to use it everyday, buy slimfast, and buy some shock thi9ng you put on your tummy, all of this i never asked for and i know doesnt work, she even told me if i lost weight she would buy me a new wordrobe.
It made me feel so horrible like she couldnt stand the fact that i was fat and not like my sister. well now my mom is in prison for almost 2 years now and ive been living buy my self with my brother and sister, things are SO stressfull for me and i feel like ive been eating alot more which i need to stop. before my mom left i actually lost about 20 punds just by stopping drinking pop but then she left and things are really hard and i guess eating is the way i cope with stress, i hate it, i also got a boyfriend and we went out to eat alot so that too was a problem. my boyfriend is the only one who loves me for me he always say im beautiful and perfect but i cant feel that way about myself esspecially even hearing his mom said i looked heavy in our homecoming pics and told me to my face i gained weight. SO i could really use some advise, tips, and support, when it comes to loosing weight im clueless i need to know everything, about food, and how to exercise. i already jog about 30 min. a day on my treadmill, i also want to know exercises that make you lose weight in your tummy, thighs and butt. and if theirs an exercise that makes your breast smaller i'd like that too, THANK YOU
