Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175ish? - Hey everyone! I finally reached my goal of 11 in juniors! I'm stoppin dieting for a while. Or should I say not dieting so harshly. I'll still work out each night but only like for 30-40 min no more 70,80,90, or even 100 min workouts. It took me a year to lose my 60 + pounds but it's all worth it! I'm so happy with my body now. Well getting there I suppose.
How did I do today? Breakfast - Oatmeal (150 cals), Lunch - Small Garden Salad and a propel (250 cals?), Dinner - Salad and maybe some sphagetti. (didn't eat dinner yet lol) Snack - Banana and 4 lil rice cakes (130 cals) (Serving size 8, total cals - 60). I will be working out tonight for about 30 - 35 min. Doing 100 sit ups and 30 push ups. So how did I do?

Wow you've got everything on track congratulations and yeah i agree its christmas give yourslef a break from dieting spoil yourslef over christmas you deserve it! but make sure u dnt put the weight back on well done!!

wow!! congrats on ur success. great job!! you seemed to do great today!! Also, yah why not take a break from "dieting"? Just be careful becuase its x-mas time and the food can get a little crazy! but good luck
