Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 131 - Hey guys!! I lost 3 lbs this week. Heres what I've been eating and doing if you want some advice! For breakfast I usually had a bowl of cereal with skim milk. I'd say thats around (300) calories. For lunch I would have tuna on wheat bread (400), 3 small cookies (200), and a water! For snack when I got home from school, I would eat two 100 calorie packs (200). And for dinner I would eat what my mom made. So it was soup, or chicken or something healthy like that. Id say around (500) cals for dinner. I went to the gym pretty much every night and useed the cross trainer thingy for 40 mins! Neways, good luck guys.
