Ht. 5'1, Wt. Don't wanna kno. - YAYzzz I didn't have to run the mileeeeeeee cauze everybody did it yesterday while I was absentttt! :P Anywayz, I didn't eat breakfast and for lunch I ate a peanut butter sandwhich and a small apple and after school I had some doritos then for dinner I had lasagna.... I didn't do well.... In PE we did fitness testing sit and reach I got a 17 and sit-upss I did 25 and push-ups I did 6 haha I tried.. and then after that we were runninggg... How did I do.. I also plan to do 200 jumping jackz b4 bed.. - >>>>>Montana<<<<<

That is pretty ok...oh and you shouldn't be happy about not running the mile cuz it helps you lose the weight! I hate running the mile too but I will do it to lose weight!

omg...I hated running the mile in gym. but hey, its something you gotta do. I guess I didnt realize every other junior high did it too.

Thankz. I only have two thsp of it which is 190 all together for two of em and 8g of protein.

Actually, peanut butter is pretty good for you. Yeah, it has some calories, but it's high in protein and as long as you have a small amount, it's good to have.

Never skip breakfast because it turns your metabolism into starving mode so whatever exercise you do you don't burn as many calories. Peanut butter is very fatty try something healthyer like ham or chicken. But you did well with the exercise! well done

when i had gym way back when we had to stay after a day and run the mile if we wanted to pass and we missed it during class!

oOo yay. i sprain my ankle before we had to run the mile. i still had to run it, but my teacher told me to take it easy and only run a little. hahaha thats the way to do it! lol
