Reply from claire, Age 14 - 12/02/05 - IP#: 84.92.133.xxx Hey, Ive just thought of a great dessert that will feed all of your cravings! Stewed apple. You might not know what it is cos im english n it might just be an english thing i duno but get 2 apples put them in a pan with a little bit of water (make sure while the apple is cooking the water doesn't dry out) and put the lid on the pan and let it simmer. if you need to mush the apple up when it gets soft. Put half a teaspoon of sugar in it its so nice and healthy have it about an hour after you.ve had your dinner and then thats you done for the night! Hope you like it
Reply from claire, Age 14 - 12/02/05 - IP#: 84.92.133.xxx This one always works with me! When you get a craving drink a huge cup of water and go do something you enjoy doing. The water makes you not want anything to eat and doing what u enjoy takes your mind off it! Good luck
