Ht. 5'9, Wt. 191 - Good news for me and a question... I am down to 191 again! cool.. but also ^_^ I aint really sick ne more ^_^. Okay now the Question... does late night eatin make you gain? if so.. y? and when should I stop eatin?? ty all very much ^_^ <3 Love ya all!

it makes u gain weight beacuse ur just laying in bed and arent geting a chance to burn the caleries and properly digest the food so depending on what time you go to bed eat 2 hours before and you will be fine <33

well it does but only because if you eat late at night you dont have the whole day to burn it off. thats why its good to have like big brekfasts and stuff.. but still calories are caloruies and if you have a little fruit or something at night you probably wont gain weight

yes because u stop burning calories while ur a sleep dont eat any later than 21/2 hours before u go to bed

It actually does make you gain weight because you're eating and you're not able to burn off those calories.

No studies show that it makes you GAIN. I mean, if you eat an extra 500 calories of icecream at 9PM then ya...you'll gain. But if your having a steady diet and it just so happends that you eat dinner late, at like 7 or 8, then you should be fine. However, studies DO show that not eating after 5 or 6, helps to drop pounds!
