Ht. 5'4", Wt. 176 - Help i cant get back on track i gained 2 pounds this week :(. I do well during the morning and afternoon but when i get home from school i just munch out and it all just keeps goin downhill from there and i need motivation to do at least and hours worth of working out. Any tips!?!?!?!

Ahhk the same thing happens to me all the time. I'm sick of starting a diet and then ruining it, then starting it again, and ruining it, and starting another.

i would just eat healthy things in the after noon and go for maybe a mile walk at night or when ever possible. thats what my sister has been doing along with doing that awfull water diet and she lost 5 pond in the last week.

Just try to keep reminding yourself how bad you want it, and keep reminders of how you want to look (like a picture of a celebrity or a friend who you would like to look like, within reasoning of course, don't pic an anorexic celeb or something, lol) I find those things to help personally. And sometimes you just need a break to help yourself realize that you need to keep it up and bring it up a notch. Use it as fuel. Also if you have somebody to talk to, that can sometimes work as motivation too. That's all I have to say, hope I helped! :D
