Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170ish? - Hey everyone, so far today I ate......Breakfast : 2 bluebarry pancakes, a piece of ham and a small piece of french toast. Lunch : A little bit of tuna on a piece of white bread w/ half piece of cheese. Dinner : I'll have oatmeal. I went out for breakfast w/ my mom today after I bought some more new clothes so I wasen't not gonna eat. I'm maintaing my weight. And so far today I worked out for 30 min and burnt 300 calories. I'm gonna work out about 20 min more today and do 100 sit ups and 30 push ups. So I'll burn my breakfast off lol. How did I do?

Instead of working out for 30 - 35 min I worked out for 60 min and burnt 600 calories. Just to make up for the breakfast lol.

pretty good. the excersice was awesome and you couldve been a little healthier with breakfast but obviously you were gonna eat and things like that come up in a while so otherwise great job !
