Ht. 5'4, Wt. 192 - I lost 35 pounds since I started my diet for anyone who wants to know here how I did it: I ate 12-14 meals a day. But each 'meal' was only 80-120 calories. Meal 1:Glass of Milk Meal 2: 1/2 cup trail mix etc....
