Ht. 5'6/5'7, Wt. 159 - ***PLEASE READ I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP***
Hi you guys. my boy friend of 5 months just broke up with me 2 weeks ago. I was really sad and didnt think i could get over him... now this other boy asked me to our school dance on the 18th, and i said yes. i found out my Ex was going with one of my X best friends(because she talked about me and made fun of my weight).. which shows i dont need her ne ways. But my problem is.. im going with this other guy and i want to show my ex what he is missing, and will never have back. And the beautiful dress i want soo badly is a 7/8 i dont know much about dress sizes but im a 9/10 in pants so i cant fit. i really need help, the dance is the eight teenth. i just got a bow flex so that should help but.. if you have ne ideas on food plans that have worked for you.. or even how long to run, or a good exercise. I would REALLY REALLY appreciate it... more then you know...

aight... this is something that may help ya out.. this is what i do.. I count my calories
Breakfast- i never have more than 300 calories.. i suggest a serving of smart start cereal
Lunch- somewhere around 400-500 calories
Dinner- around 600 calories
so all in all i have around 1500 calories per day or less
then I exercise 5 days a week. I run 1-2 miles or i do a "pilates" tape. so far it works for me :) hope i helped u out!

the healthy way to do it is excersise every day and eat as healthy as possible. The unheathly way is to do a crash diet and excersise your a$$ off. In the long run, if it still dosn't fit, jus go with a sexy skirt or jeans. besides, Dresses aren't the best for us big boned folk. lol =} good luck!!!!
