Ht. 5ft and 1/2 in, Wt. 150 - ok tell me how i did. Breakfast= eggs, a bread cluster [like a bisguit] beacon, and water Lunch= my dad made home made pizza. we all had our own. they were about 6inches in diameter. My pizza have cheese and onions on mine. I also had milk. snack= a banana Dinner= one more slice of pizza. and im gonna excersise a little.

try replacing some of ur foods with a little bit more healthier foods... and when i eat pizza i try not to hav more then 2 pieces depending on how big it is.. and keep up ur exercise and you'll b doing good!

you had a little too much fat and im not sure that you eat pizza every day? and if you do try and substitute it for a sandwhich they can be healthy for you depending on what you put in them
