Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 - Does anybody have a good workout thats easy and I can just do at home without equipment but really works and that you can see results quick. Please respond ASAP. Thanks!

If youre looking for something to do for 20-30 minutes then try jogging, it may be a little hard to do it for a long time but trust me it gets easier and it's really good for you. If you want a little less of a challenge do pushups, situps, crunches, there are lot of good workouts. Look in magazines, online, or ask friends. good luck!
