Ht. 5'1, Wt. Don't wanna say... - Heyz..
We are running the mile AGAIN on friday and yeah I'm not so worried but I still DON'T wanna do it at all but I think I'm going to try to jog one lap walk one jog the other then walk the last one or something like that I know I will end up changing that when I start running I alwayz do. We are swimming on Monday threw Friday next week and I'm going to do it I'm not wearing a bathing suit I'll just wear shorts and a long shirt and do what we are supposed to PLUS there are bigger girls in my class that do it and don't care...no offense to anybody. Also, Dan, if you don't want your posts deleted stop bein such a **** and think you know everything be supportive give advice you can think your thoughts but you don't have to make everybody else feel bad just to make your self feel good. *~Montana~*

Yeah i agree with all of them comments stick to jogging/walking and you never know next week you may be able yo do running/jogging. The more you push yourself each week you will be able to so better the next week. But obviously don't push yourself to much if you think you really can't do it walk the rest.

yeah, the jogging / walking thing would be good if you stick with it. im sure you can do it ! and dont worry about the swimming this. and if your more comfortable in a bathing suit, then wear it it ! believe me, nobody will notice is everyones having fun and especially if there are bigger girls

i use to tell my teacher that "im fat.. i have asthma.. i dont run this is me walking" he didn't like me very much lol.. my mom actually bitched him out for giving me C in the class. it was funny.. dude.. just do the best you can.. push yourself a little you will feel better afterwards :)

just jog it and if u get tired walk but you'll be suprised how far u can get

maybe try jogging the turns and walking the straights around the track. that's what i use to do.
