Ht. 5'4, Wt. st 185 now 160 - ugh i suck. bf starbucks.. lunch.. some mac n cheese kind of stuff haha i dont even know what it was.. then i ate some carrot cake :( ummmmm dinner i had chille and corn bread and some ritz. i feel like im missing something..oh i had an orange too lol.. ugh none the less not the most nutritious day but i spent an hour at the gym.. burned 550 cals on the eliptical then spent about 20 minutes doing the circut. holy crap does my as$ hurt.. hopefully my weight will move again soon.. its beenm 3 weeks now :( hope everyone is doing good <3

hey you did great and it doesnt matter if u mess up a bit, i don't think u messed up at all cos you need a little bit of fatty food to keep you healthy ans so you don't put it all back on after you lost it all. And you did great at the gym.

well you didnt do awespome on your eating but atleast you didnt eat a ton, you just ate a little of fatteing foods. and you did an amazing job with your excersice so keep it up
