Ht. 5'6, Wt. 270 - hey fellow BB'ers haven't been here in a while (feels like it) but I have decided to start my diet now instead of after christmas, but I feel bad I bought so much junk food but I will eat the cookies sparingly and the chips tommorow, and that will be it. I have to have something for lunch now, I don't go to lunch when i'm scheduled so I was thinking of bringing a ham and cheese sandwhich and just have water with it. And as for exercise..no exercise until I can buy Dance Dance Revolution. And I am hoping to soon find out I have a job so DOES WORKING OUT IN THE MORNING HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS WORKING OUT IN THE EVENING because when I get a job i'll only have time early in the morning before breakfast..so please help! thanks alot, hope everyone else is going good with their weight loss :)

Reply from Sally, Age 17 - 12/08/05 - IP#: 66.118.228.xxx Hey. Working out in the mornings before breakfast is better than working out in the evenings. It gets your metabalism going so you'll burn more calories throughout the day. However, working out in the evenings is still beneficial; but if you do, I suggest before dinner. Make sure you drink lots of water before, during and after your workout; but don't chug it or you'll make yourself sick ("waterlogged" is the term). And always eat breakfast in the mornings because that also helps jump start your metabalism. So, remember to read the lables on what you eat and look at the proportion sizes. Hope this has been helpful!
