Ht. 5'8, Wt. 173ish - Tomorrow I think I might start a just fruit day/ oatmeal day and see how that goes. My mom bought some apples and bananas today and we have oatmeal that's only 150 cals. Does that sound ok? I just posted below I know But I need advice!

I do not think that is good cuz I think you need meat or some real food...but thats justme!

banana's and apples aren't good to just eat all by themselves... you need more nutrients that you can only get from beans/nuts/meat (like protein). think about investing in some multi-vitamins.
