Ht. 5'11, Wt. 191 - I don't know about you, but I have some weird relationships with food. It seems like either I love it and cannot stop eating it or I won't eat at all...there really is no in between. Perhaps that's why my metabolism is so messed up. I never really thought I did this until a friend pointed it out, as well as the fact that I tend to fluctuate in weight. I stopped eating for a while (well, I ate...but it was about 300calories a day) and I lost eleven pounds really quickly. I was wondering if anyone else is like me? Or was like me, and if that's the case, how did you get your food patterns regular?
Reply from angie, Age 15 - 12/09/05 - IP#: 24.80.218.xxx yeah, i have that exact same problem. I want to be able to just eat a normal amount, like not too little and not too much. Its the wierdest thing right now because wenever i screw up once and have like a couple chips Im like "oh i screwed up today, might as well eat more it isnt going to make a difference, and ill just start again tomorrow". I hate when this happens..during the summer i was eating around 700 calories a day, but now i try to stay at 1000. I dont know what to do:(
