Ht. 5"0, Wt. 158 - Today we had a two hour delay and for breakfest I had Cap'n Crunch, then for lunch I had nachos, dinner I had A deer hoagie!!
Reply from dayna, Age 13 - 12/10/05 - IP#: 72.130.4.xxx ok thats BAD! try eating something like REGULAR (non frosted) shredded wheat, with some splenda on top to add sweetness, and for lunch, have a yogurt and a piece of fruit, and dinner, ask your family to buy whole wheat things, like pasta, bread, etc. and eat LEAN meats, and low fat to fat free lunch meats, and for snacks, i LOVE to eat these bars called Pria Bars, and theyre SO good! theyre only 110 calories, and like 2 or 3 grams of fat! they make a nutritious snack! PLUS they taste like a chocolate bar!
