Ht. 5'6", Wt. 155 - i dunno about this whole diet thing, can people post some websites i can go to for a day-to-day diet plan... i think i want to lose about 25 pounds by june.. and i think that would b possible, i just need some help because i am eating healthy, but not losing any weight and im on varsity water polo and we practice everyday for 2 hour, even saturdays! well this is really confusing me and maybe my body type is different, but i really want to lose those 25 pounds! help me out by posting some sweet websites and commenting!

its possible that a lot of your weight is muscle, because that weighs more than fat. you seem to be very athletic, so its possible that you arent fat, your just fit. i have that problem too im 170 and people tell me there is no way that i look 170 and i fit into smaller sized clothes than most 170 lbs. girls because im very athletic. hope that helped! =]

As you said your body type must be different to most peoples so I suggest you go to your doctor and ask him/her as they will know the reason you can't seem to loose weight!
