Ht. 5'6, Wt. s:185 c:159.5 g:160 - YESSSSS!!!! *Screams so loud the windows break*!! I'm officially just 'at risk of being overweight' and not 'overweight'! I'm ssooo excited! Alright, so if you notice, i just passed my goal of 160 (i'm at 159.5 right now)and i think my next goal will be 155, then 150, then 145, then 140. I think my final goal will be 135..what do you guys think??

Just exercise 45 minutes a day, 6 times a week. Eat as healthy as you can and eat as many vegetables as you want. Try to limit junk food and you should do fine!

(i ran as far as i could and then i walked til i caught my breath and repeated) Then i got tired of that so i did aerobics inside. Got tired of that, so i did rollerblading..again got tired, so i asked for DDR for my birthday and i did that for a little bit. That was my cardio (i did a couple of strength things to..like bicep curls, and crunches, and push-ups). Then while i did that, i ate as healthy as i possibley could, and sure i screwed up alot, i just started over again as soon as i realized what i was doing. I ate a ton of vegetables and fruits. I also found out that i was lactose intolerant over the summer so i cut down my dairy drastically and started eating a lot of soy things which are better for you. They make soy ice cream that is delicious and has like no fat. So i limit my dairy to a tiny bit a day or i just don't have cow's milk and i have all soy. I hope that i'm not just boring you or anything, and i hope i helped! If you have anymore questions, just reply and i'll answer as best as i can!
