Ht. 4' 10", Wt. 185 - Hi. Im fairly new here and I really need help. I hae a serious problem. None of my jeans fit anymore so i only wear sweats. I dont tell anyone when i go up a size (which is often) i just cut the waistbands out of my old pants. Everyone at my school makes fun of me and i dont have many friends at my new school. TRUST me! my mom is a FIT FIT person and a personal trainer/ triathalete, and my aunt has accomplished a weight loss of 100 lbs, so ive talked to them and they ALWAYS say WATER! i know it seems weird, but it flushes a lot of bad stuff out of you! so drink up! water will give RESULTS! but make sure that ur eating healthy and excersising though, too!
Reply from Anonymous - 12/10/05 - IP#: 207.200.116.xxx I know it is hard to lose weight, but you can do it. I have a couple of suggestions for you. Do Tae*Bo. The tapes are really fun, even the kids tape/dvd works. If you don't like the idea of doing taebo you could walk everyday around your neighborhoods and surrounding neighborhoods. Walking works well, and you notice a big difference within 6 weeks if you walk enough. Good luck!
