Ht. 5'0, Wt. 396 - 2 years ago my parents got divorsed i gained 100 pounds from dat and the next year my daddy died in a car crash i gained 130 pounds and now my mum got remarried and this man keeps calling me fat so i have gaine 66 pounds out of depresion. please help thanks!

Every time you are stressed out and feel like eating think "Nothing tastes as good as being skinny" and go out for a 30 or so minute walk. And trust me, although it may be hard in the beginning, it will make you feel sooo much better and you are bound to lose weight! Also, if you eat healthy foods like fruits and veggies instead of junk, you will feel so much better about yourself. Hope to have been of some help! Good luck hun!
