Ht. 5 ft 4ish, Wt. * - Ive been doing stationary bike for 20-40 min a day everyday and been cutting down snacking,. i went from 146 to 136 in the past 3 weeks, but i look like someone who is at least 10 pounds heavier at least with all this saturated fat all over my mid section. Sucks alot cuz it looks like im in the lower part of the overweight category when im really only about 8 pounds till my goal in healthy weight. Anyone have tips, i really want to be able to look at my mid in a positive way and not be called fat.

do crunches or weight training

do some ab exercises everyday, like crunches or sit ups.. and ad some variety to ur work out
