Ht. 5'7, Wt. 375 - Once someone posted one here of a way to keep cut up apples from turning brown if your going to take them to lunch. I dont remember what they said to dip them in. I know it was some kind of juice- was it grapefruit juice, lemon juice, does anyone know?

i'm pretty sure you could use any kind of citrus fruit. they're acidic so they stop the oxidation.

You take a lemon and roll it on the cutting board to release the juices, then cut it in half and put it on your apples before they start to oxidize. (I hope I spelled that right) lol. Good Luck!

also... if you're just cutting them up and you're going to eat them in a little bit... just stick them in a bowl full of cold water, that keeps them from browning as well.
