Ht. 5''6, Wt. 280 - i really need help loseing weight, i have been overweight all my life and never thought loseing weight intill i started my senior year this year and went shoping for school clothes and it was hard find clothes in my size or something i like they didnt have it my sizes, so please give me some advice on how i can lose weight

hi nena i am in high school and not to be mean but i dont wanna end up in my senior year fat because its prom and everything so we can help each other out
