Ht. 5'4, Wt. 205 - READ ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Hey there. I got a good tip..ive noticed that alot of people (as i did) put what they ate and how many calories was in it. STOP RIGHT THERE! Constantly thinking about how many calories you intake daily can screw you up! My brother was very overweight and all he did was drink ALL WATER! no exceptions AT ALL! NO JUNK FOOD! Yet again no exceptions and get into a sport he really loves (basketball) hes REALLY skinny now, and he looks great! im planning on doing the same, because i love skateboarding and its a way to get to school and back and i can live without the sweets. Believe me you dont need to ponder over everylittle thing here and there, you know whats good and whats not good. Just take it from there! -Teresa
