Ht. 5'4, Wt. St.313 Nw.164 - Hey Y'all! I was wondering if you guys have any tips on what I should eat for a heathly balanced lunch, I have a tendency to eat the same thing everyday, I eat a yogurt, rice cake and a piece of fruit. I get full from it, but my Grandma is always on me to eat different. Any Tips? Thanks alot!

hey im not a guy but i can help u , the fruit would be considered a snck. and the rice for just QuIcK meal.

I know how you feel because I tend to eat the same thing for lunch. Try eating a sandwitch on wheat bread. Something like tuna, or turkey is very healthy. (If not loaded with mayo). Also, a wrap with salad and chicken. A 100 calorie pack is also a GREAT snack. Fruit cups, veggies and dressing are two other great snacks.
