Ht. 5'6, Wt. s:185 c:159.5 g:160 - OK guys..well right now, i've decided to go by food groups instead of calories. I'm going to list everything that i've eaten today, and i know it may seem like alot, but i had small portions of each...-Ganola bar (2 servings of protein, 2 of grain) -Frozen dinner (2 of grain, 2 of fat) -1/4 cup of applesauce *not sugar free so i just had a little* (1 fruit), -Healthy choice chicken (1 protein). Totals: Grain=4/6.5, Fruit=1/3, Vege=0/4, Dairy=0/2.5, Fat=2/6. Its set up so that it goes the number i've had today out of the number that is reccomended. I got the information from the September issue of self. For dinner i'm going to try and get more fruits, veggies, and a little dairy cuz im lactose intolerent and its hard to get lactose-free dairy in. Good luck everyone! x*Celeste*x

make sure ur fat is unstautrated and 6 servings a touch high try only 3

try to get more veggies, and calcium in
