Ht. 5;5, Wt. 147 - Ok heres the stuff that's going on with me. Alright. I'm a very active person. I'm out for basketball and I was out for volleyball when it was that time of year. But Everybody is like stay active and eat right. Well I am relaly really active and I just can't seem to lose the weight. People say that running will speed up your metabolism. Well I run every fricken day for baskeball and we run alot. But I still can't and am not losing weight. And I eat pretty good too. Does anybody have any suggestions on what to do w/ myself. Or am I just ugnna have to stick with the way I am for the rest of my life. Which i dont' want to do but nothing is working and it's not like I sit on my ass all day! Please...anything...
