Ht. 5;5, Wt. 147 - Ok heres the stuff that's going on with me. Alright. I'm a very active person. I'm out for basketball and I was out for volleyball when it was that time of year. But Everybody is like stay active and eat right. Well I am relaly really active and I just can't seem to lose the weight. People say that running will speed up your metabolism. Well I run every fricken day for baskeball and we run alot. But I still can't and am not losing weight. And I eat pretty good too. Does anybody have any suggestions on what to do w/ myself. Or am I just ugnna have to stick with the way I am for the rest of my life. Which i dont' want to do but nothing is working and it's not like I sit on my ass all day! Please...anything...

I wear a size 10-11. I think your right Marie. I do have a lot of muscle in my legs. Thanks Marie I guess I just might be at where my body wont' lose weight. So thanks.

maybe your body is at the perfect weight. i bet you have a lot of muscle from being so active and you look a lot less than you weigh. what pant size are you? when i was at 145(i gained a ,ot of weight since then) i was still a size 13-16...

it could be that your not getting enough calories. if this is the case then your metabolism is slowing itself down because your body is going into starvation mode.

Yeah, but what exactly do you eat for school breakfast, school lunch and home supper?

im eating breakfast at school. Lunch at school. And then basketball practice right after school so I can't eat anything then. So then I go home and eat supper. That's it
