Ht. 5'6", Wt. 187.6 - 5.4 lbs down!!!!!!!!!!!!in about two weeks. all i did was start eating healthier(but still letting myself have desserts) and i didn't count calories hardcore but i kept a general idea of how many i consumed. i also know that eating late at night is my weak point so i try to stop eating by 6- but usually i just eat a lot less after 6. like last night i had a cheese stick while watching tv. oh man- i haven't even been exersizing(which i will when i go home after finals)! this rocks! i still have like 57-58lbs to go- but by the time i come home from break (6 weeks long) i want to have less than 50lbs to lose. how's everyone else?

ohhh- okay- i get why you said that- it was in my post. i actually find that i'm less satisfied with food unless i'm reading or doing something while eating. don't worry- i still taste it and know when i'm full

try not to eat in front of the tv or computer because u dont really think about enjoying what urr eating so it does not satisfy u
