Ht. 5'2, Wt. 150 + - i was sat in the kitchen before school and mas eating pancakes and my dad came in and poked me on my chubby stomach and laughed he lifted up the bottom of my t shirt to expose my pants undone and a role of flab hanging over the waistband. then he said i think you might be needing to loose a couple of pounds missy you have got a bit chubby lately. help i dunno wat to do or say!

Reply from marie, Age 18 - 12/16/05 - IP#: 131.229.171.xxx he sounds just like my step mother. she bought me a pair of pants and they were really ugly and i was joking around and said "yay- gramma pants" and she looked at me and told me, "well- a size 16- whatcha gonna do abouit it?" i glared at her- crumpled the pants back up and shoved them right back at her and said- "well- you don't have to buy me anymore pants then"...people can be such jerks!

Reply from samsie, Age 15 - 12/15/05 - IP#: 81.79.155.xxx Dont worry help is at hand, ask yourself are you happy as you are firtst of all, if yes then stay as you are but try to eat quite healthly, and excercise regulaly too, but if your not happy try to cut down on the the things you feel that you are eating in excess and try to excercise quite regulaly to try and burn fat, dont worry i know how you feel ive put on a few pounds recently ad have a podge on my belly, iam going to try and cut down on the things that i think im eating in excess starting from tomorrow and also excersie on a regular basis, me and you can both do this together if u'd like and we can leave each other feed back on how we are progressing each day, and remember its not all about how much you weigh but how you feel and look in the mirror.
