Reply from claire, Age 17 - 12/17/05 - IP#: 24.8.168.xxx try varing your cardiovascular exercise - you could run, walk, bike, hike, swim, rock climb, etc. this could help with your plateau (not "plato" - "Plato" was a Greek philosopher; "plateau" is French for "plate," or "flat")
Reply from Elizabeth, Age 14 - 12/16/05 - IP#: 67.48.230.xxx Well sometimes in a diet you hit a plato and that means you don't lose weight, your stuck in the same weight for like a week or two. To get out of the "plato" try increasing your work outs each night or w/e you do. Add a few more min onto it. It happened to me I hit many many platos before I lost the weight I wanted. You just have to try a little harder but you can do it:) Good luck!
