I know your probly thinking what gives her the right to tell me what to do but honistly i am just thinking from my point of veiw if you dont liek it dont listen. You should read what i put to the previous person .Its a great way to lose weight. Your just a young teenager and i bet you bottom dollors if you are a little bit chubby you will soon ahve a growth spirt and grow into it. But if you are serious about lossing weight really fast there is this thing called the juice diet. my boyfriends sister went on it and in two weeks she droped 15 lbs :| she looks GREAT. if you have a juicer then juice up yoru favrot fruits and veggies and drink away for a week and you will se dramatic results! promise chow for now

I just started 2 days ago by just all of a sudden getting of the computer and jogging round the room for 40 minutes, now my legs a SORE so i cant job again until probably tomorrow. I have started to drink only water and no sweets, only what my school serves for lunch. I have no idea hwo this is going because this is day 3 for me, but i am guessing the healthy weight to lose in a week is 1-3 lbs, so in about 1 month fo good exercise, and good eating should slim u down around 15 pounds or so. This is the HEALTHY method that i learned, THere are other ways to QUICKLY lose weight but it is dangerous and you usuaully gain it back+more shortly after losing it. Stick to excercising, and drink LOTS of water. Drink water when your hungry, water it known to keep you from eating uncontrollably or from eating when your not actually hungry. When you not hungry anymore from dinner, stop eating, you just putting on useless calories to get that "full" belly feeling. Eat until your not hungry, and drink water, and excercise, good luck to you!
