Ht. 5'8, Wt. 173ish - Hi everyone, How are you all doing?? I need to know how to maintain my weight without working out. My mom was taking out the xl - glider we have to work out and one of the side cords snapped. So it's broken now. She wont allow me on it ever again when she buys a new one. So what do i do?!?! I eat oatmeal most of the time for breakfast (150 cals) then lunch at school I have a salad and dinner oatmeal or cereal. What do I do?!? Is that to many cals??? Should I eat mostly fruits and veggies now?!?! I dk when track begins at my school but now im terrified im gonna gain weight! HELP PLEASE!!!!!

no it doesnt cardio burns more calories and burns fat

After I posted this message I read that you don't have to work out to maintain your weight. Just eat lots of fruits and veggies. Just have a good diet and you'll be fine. All working out does is tone.
