Ht. 5'10, Wt. 170 - Hello everyone,
i need help. i am 5ft 10in and 170 lbs. i have been tring to loose weight for as long as i can remember. its just so hard for me to stick to a diet... and i was thinking, what about just not dieting any more. but i dont know what i would eat. i just need help, please respond to this. i really want to get down to 150 before the summer time. thats like 6 months. just tell me what i need to do. i know i need to excercise too, and again i am lost. desperately needing help!!!

hi your right diets are useless, eat healthy things like bran flakes or oatmeal for breakfast, a salad or soup for lunch and grilled fish with veg for dinner and drink lots of water thats a key to weightloss! Good luck!
