Ht. 5'6, Wt. 185 - Hey, y'all! I have a problem, and I REALLY don't know what to do. I just can't lose weight! I know, I know, that's what everyone is saying. But here is the problem: There are NO SWEETS in my house, and NO JUNK FOOD and I NEVER eat junk food anyway, and I am active and hardly ever get to watch T.V. I don't eat that much, and fruit is my favorite food -- I ALWAYS have fruit! The problem is, I still am overweight. I know a lot of girls that eat CONSTANTLY all this junk food sweets and soda (which I also never have) and always eat TONS of it!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went to a rehearsal, and one of my friends, who happens to be REALLY skinny, was eating a big thing of greasy pepperoni pizza, and I had a HUGE bag of grapes (not as a diet, just because I love them!), and here she is inhaling all this junk and stuff and I am eating grapes and bananas and apples an stuff, and she is SO INCREDIBLY SKINNY and I'm NOT! I just don't understand it! She eats SO MUCH JUNK and I don't but if I did I would weigh a lot more right away! Please help! I don't know what to do! I have been eating VERY well and exercising as much as I can, and the weight isn't coming off!!!!!

The condition is called hypothyroidism.. at least I think that's what you're talking about. Anyways, I have it.. the same thing happens to me.. try asking the doctor if you could have a test to see if you have it

u should have ur mom ask the docter about that because i know there's a condition when that happens

i have that same problem the skinniest people eat w/e they want and never gain weight it is upsetting i think cuz u dont eat the much that could also b it u need to eat breakfast lunch and dinner and have somesnacks u also need to have ur proteen and stuff i no how u feel i have the same problems sometimes i am very active but it just might take a while to c results
