Ht. 5'5/5'6, Wt. W. 156 G. 135 - Im so tired of being me. i never stick to any thing. im going to stick to a new diet.. only cucumber.. apples oranges and grapes... will it work?

To lose weight you will need a varied diet and that is not very balanced. Because you wont be getting much fat your body will try and hang on to that exsisting fat and it wotn help at all. Also you will be so sick of it you might just binge. Hope that helped xxxx

no because when you loose the weight and start eating properly again you will gain it all back because your body will think your overeating because fr all that time you were eating hardly anything your best of just eating the right amount and eating healthy choices!

no baecause u cant do that ur whole life what if ur asked to dinner, and u need to be able to do a food plan ur whole life so u wont gain it back!!! plus when ur older u will get a bone disease because that diet has no calcium, u might even just look heavier because protein is what helps muscles, plus it keeps ur hair and fingernails looking good, so u might loose weight on that diet but u wont look any better!!

In my opinion, it won't work cuz you'll feel seriously deprived. Try to just stick to 3 healthy, low fat, high veggie meals a day and a small snack if you feel hungery inbetween. Excercise for at least 30 minutes a day, never overeat and drink lots of water! Good luck!
