Ht. 5'6, Wt. 185 - Hey, y'all! Please continue to respond to my other post as well, but here's a tip: When you get a craving, try hewing some SUGAR-FREE gum! The flavor lasts much longer, and you can chew it after you brush your teeth. I always find that usually when I crave food, I usually just crave chewing something. When I chew gum, that craving goes away. So chew gum and drink water, and GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!

Thats a great tip just a word of warning if you chew um constantly (which i know you dont) you can get stomach ulsers because your body thinks you are going to swallow and makes too much acid. Well anyway thats only a warning cos I know you dont chew all the time. xxxx
