At the begining of the week pick one or two small things that you want to accomplish. For example, drink water instead of soda with your lunch. The next week, if you feel like you have good control with that, add another one. Keep going until you have a healthy lifestyle. This way, it will be easier to stick to, and it's something that can last, so you won't gain weight back, like in other diets. Good luck!!
