firstyou should find a diet program thet really works for you. sometimes books and internet web sites are not very helpful but most of the time they are. don't denied yourself of what you like to eat. for example if you enjoy chiken or pizza don't stop eating those food. you will like to keep eating these food just eat less. if you don't do this when you see a box of pizza you will try to eat it all because that's what your body wants. do lots of cardiovacular exercise. this will to burn calories. make some changes in your life. like replacing soda for water or if you ca'nt you can drink diet soda. go slow and feel proud for every single pound you drop. good luck!
