Ht. 5'6, Wt. 230 - I wanna know what y'all think. Do y'all think that I can lose 50 to 60lbs by June by exercising on my treadmill an hour a day. And just drinking water and not eating any junk food?

Not having junk food or soda would help a lot. Try eating neg cal foods too such as lettuce, apples, oranges, celery, or strawberries. neg cal means it takes more calories to burn it off then the food is in general. For example : Apple : 100 cals, to burn it off 120 cals. Like that...Good luck!
