Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170ish - Hey everyone, I haven't posted in a long time on here. I'm trying to stay away from dieting sites lately. I'm no longer dieting well kinda but not so hard anymore. I'm trying to maintain b/c for christmas I'm getting 3 new pairs of pants, 6 shirts, a jacket and a sweatshirt. So I don't want them all to be to big on me as soon as I get them all. I like my size now. I'm a 12/13 in juniors pants and a M-L in juniors shirts. I eat oatmeal or cereal w/ a banana for breakfast, a salad for lunch and oatmeal for dinner. If I want a snack I have an orange,an apple or a graham cracker. I'm drinking lots of water lately too. I don't drink to much milk or juices but I do get some so I don't deprive my body of it. I also work out 3 - 4 times a week now for 50 min, and burn 500 calories. I used to work out every day for an hour or more but I wont do that anymore b/c I don't want to lose much more. 5 pounds would be ok but I like my body now. I hope you are all achieving your goals!
