Ht. 5'2, Wt. 150 - HI Im a fan of this site and I always come on here to get motivation from all the people that lose weight and the only thing is that Its not that I don't know how to lose weight its that I don't know how to keep it off and stop being so tempted by the food!!!

Not just for a couple weeks while you diet, but eating healthy should be integrated into everyday. Not saying you have to stay on a radical diet, and excercise program for the rest of your life to keep off your weight, well you shouldnt ever do anything radical. But just be conscious of what your eating, and excersise at least two days a week. And once you lose that weight, that should be motivation enough,because you know what the end result is if you dont keep on top of it. Love always & good luck! *((LIZZIE))*
