Ht. 5'4", Wt. 180 - Hey does anyone know how to lose like 10lbs like fast? Cause i need to get into this pair of jeans without having a huge roll..lol..well how about a diet that will help you lose like 20 to 30lbs fast?? I really need some help!!PLEASE???

well, ive posted this on some other peoples messages so maybe it'll help u too. what i do is i eat a serving of smart start cereal (its really good in my opinion) lunch i eat maybe some soup or a sandwich (i dont put meat on it cuz im a vegetarian, but in case ur not one.. white meat is definitely better than red, and dont load up on the mayo) and then dinner 500-700 calories. so i think i eat around 1500-1700 a day.. then i exercise 20 to 30 minutes! there ya go!!

The healthiest way to lose weight fast is too cut way back on your carbohydrates (rice,breads & cereals) if you do eat carbs eat whole grain bread,not just whole wheat,the fiber helps your body flush out faster,eat fruits & veggies,protein,chicken,beans etc...smaller portions,maybe 1,500 calories a day,no junk or processed foods,& excercise...you may not lose it in a week,but make this your life style & you'll be successful...they have subliminal tapes online to help you with the cravings...just type in the word subliminal tapes for weight loss...it couldn't hurt.
