Ht. 5'5, Wt. 175 - hey im just having a lil bit of problems with getting back to my normal wieght from when i had my baby but i used to not really have to exersize that much besides like sit ups and i cant really go for many walks with a baby in the snow so if you think u can help telling me about any indoor exersizes diets that can help with slimming thighs and lower stomache that wud really be great my email dark_gray_flower@hotmail.com

A good exercise for you to do is yoga.By a video or dvd. The poses are light and easy you really feel like your not doing anything but your toning and slimming your whole body.It's really good for your stomach because all of the poses stregthen your stomach muscles and slim your waistline.
