Ht. 5'3, Wt. *** - For those of you interested in the weekly challenge, I'm thinking I'll start it next week, so this week, we can just focus getting rid of the extra Christmas pounds, and getting back to our weight before this week. It should go away fairly quickly, seeing that it was only a couple of meals. Anyway, do any of you have any ideas of what the weekly challenges can be? I've thought about drinking 8 cups of water a day, maybe eating enough fruits for another week...ummm, yeah,so what are your ideas?

Reply from Jules, Age 15 - 12/26/05 - IP#: 70.20.3.xxx I agree with Leena, although maybe not 45 minutes a day. The challenge could be to exercise for at least 20 or 30 minutes per day, but do more if you can. That weekly challenge thing is a great idea!
